Our costs are dependent on a few factors, such as the size and 'complexity' of your event,
the number of photographers and the number of albums.
All costs can be mitigated if we can work with the right sponsor to fund the cost of the photos.

Can I use my existing photographer?
... YES absolutely
We can provide photographers, but are just as comfortable working with yours.
Prior to the event, we will liaise with them and give them everything they need to be able to upload their photos to our platform.
Our system indexes, tags and adds sponsor logos to the photos, all “in the cloud” and, voila!
I have event sponsors – how do they fit in?
Photo sponsorship regularly brings a huge amount of exposure, brand awareness and event traffic to sponsors. Your existing sponsors are important, and may wish to be involved, and this benefits yourself as the Event Director too – drop us a line to discuss.
