VALE OF YORK HALF MARATHON 2021

12 September 2021

The Vale of York Half Marathon, the fast, flat, PB-loving half marathon in aid of Sue Ryder has regenerated (just like Dr Who)!

There’s a new race start and finish but there’s still most of the same tarmac. It’s just that you run it in a different order!

So for 2021 the race starts and finishes just outside Wistow, but still runs 13.1 flat miles on scenic closed roads south of York and north of Selby.

For the novice runner this is still the perfect introduction to a longer distance. For the more seasoned racer it remains a genuine PB opportunity. And for those training for an autumn marathon it fits perfectly into your training schedule. Follow the event on Twitter and Facebook to get all the news on our sixth year.
